aaudio: call validate() from readFromParcel()
This is to ensure that validate() is always called

aaudio: cleanup logs and comments
This CL should not change any code behavior except for log text.
Mostly it removes redundant class names from the log.

AAudioService: integrated with audioserver
Call the MmapStreamInterface from AudioFlinger instead of the FakeHAL.
Fix sending timestamps from the thread.
Add shared mode in service.
