VersionCompatTest: Copy MediaController2Test related files and make buildable
This CL copies test files which are related to MediaController2Test
(except Mock*Services), and resolves missing imports so that the code can be
built.
Also, it puts @Ignore on the copied MediaController2Test so that
it is not run.
