Port openJdk8 java.lang package, part 2
- Removed floating to/from string performance hacks
we have added on the top of openJdk7 code (no longer needed)
- AbstractStringBuilder is Appendable again, we may decide
to revert this (see b/27582395 for context)
- New String method #join
