Modify Kitchensink App to add "send new SMS" button to bluetooth
messaging test widget.
Bug: 28278579
Test: tested manually on KitchensinkApp.
KitchecnsinkApp --> "bluetooth messaging test" --> enter a phone#
of this format: "+1-650-123-4567" --> click on "send new message"
This is to demonstrate how the existing Bluetooth code in AAE can
be used to to send new SMS message to a phone#.
For example, Assistant can almost copy this code to
add ability to send new SMS message to a phone#.

Kitchen Sink Bluetooth Messaging
Enable the bluetooth messaging test facade to enable easy testing of
Bluetooth MAP client features. This reenables the broadcast receiver
and adds a connect/disconnect button directly from this page.
