power_profile: snapshot of camera2basic
This app will be used to measure the power of the camera. To start out with,
take https://github.com/googlesamples/android-Camera2Basic. This is a sample
google tutorial app for the camera. We will modify the app in future patches
to automatically take photos.
Portions of the app have been renamed to cameraavg. Some unused files have been
deleted.
Test: take photos using app
