isdn: whitespace coding style cleanup
isdn source code uses a not-current coding style.
Update the coding style used on a per-line basis
so that git diff -w shows only elided blank lines
at EOF.
Done with emacs and some scripts and some typing.
Built x86 allyesconfig.
No detected change in objdump -d or size.

drivers/isdn: Add export.h for EXPORT_SYMBOL/THIS_MODULE as required.
In preparation of the module.h usage cleanup, call out the header
that we need to get EXPORT_SYMBOL variants and THIS_MODULE into scope.

mISDN: make global symbols static or include header files
The warnings fixed by including an header file for the appropriate
prototype are marked with "*", for all others the corresonponding
symbol has been made static. This patch fixes all such issues in
mISDN.

Add mISDN DSP
Enable support for digital audio processing capability.
This module may be used for special applications that require
cross connecting of bchannels, conferencing, dtmf decoding
echo cancelation, tone generation, and Blowfish encryption and
decryption.
It may use hardware features if available.
