prism54: Fix FSF address in file headers
Several files refer to an old address for the Free Software Foundation
in the file header comment. Resolve by replacing the address with
the URL <http://www.gnu.org/licenses/> so that we do not have to keep
updating the header comments anytime the address changes.

wireless: convert drivers to netdev_tx_t
Mostly just simple conversions:
* ray_cs had bogus return of NET_TX_LOCKED but driver
was not using NETIF_F_LLTX
* hostap and ipw2x00 had some code that returned value
from a called function that also had to change to return netdev_tx_t

Linux-2.6.12-rc2
Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.
Let it rip!
