USB: add EPIC support to the io_edgeport driver This patch adds EPiC support to the io_edgeport driver which adds support for a number of NCR printers: - NCR (Axiohm) 7401-K580 printer - NCR (TEC) 7401-K590 printer, 7402-K592 - NCR (TEC) 7167, 7168 printers - NCR (TEC) 7197, 7198, F306, F307, F309 printers - NCR (Axiohm) 7194 printer - NCR (Axiohm) 7158 printer and a few more. [PATCH] USB: Use ARRAY_SIZE macro Use ARRAY_SIZE macro instead of sizeof(x)/sizeof(x[0]) and remove duplicates of ARRAY_SIZE. Some trailing whitespaces are also removed. Linux-2.6.12-rc2 Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
