net: Move prototype declaration to appropriate header file from decnet/af_decnet.c
Move prototype declaration of functions to header file include/net/dn_route.h
from net/decnet/af_decnet.c because it is used by more than one file.
This eliminates the following warning in net/decnet/dn_route.c:
net/decnet/dn_route.c:629:5: warning: no previous prototype for ‘dn_route_rcv’ [-Wmissing-prototypes]

decnet (dn*.h): Remove extern from function prototypes
There are a mix of function prototypes with and without extern
in the kernel sources. Standardize on not using extern for
function prototypes.
Function prototypes don't need to be written with extern.
extern is assumed by the compiler. Its use is as unnecessary as
using auto to declare automatic/local variables in a block.

decnet: use correct RCU API to deref sk_dst_cache field
sock->sk_dst_cache is protected by RCU, therefore we should
use __sk_dst_get() to deref it once we lock the sock.
This fixes several sparse warnings.

net: Put flowi_* prefix on AF independent members of struct flowi
I intend to turn struct flowi into a union of AF specific flowi
structs. There will be a common structure that each variant includes
first, much like struct sock_common.
This is the first step to move in that direction.

ipv4: Make rt->fl.iif tests lest obscure.
When we test rt->fl.iif against zero, we're seeing if it's
an output or an input route.
Make that explicit with some helper functions.

Add inline for common usage of hardware header creation, and
fix bug in IPV6 mcast where the assumption about negative return is
an errno. Negative return from hard_header means not enough space

[DECNET]: Convert decnet route to use the new dst_entry 'next' pointer
This patch removes the next pointer from 'struct dn_route.u' union,
and renames u.rt_next to u.dst.dn_next.
It also moves 'struct flowi' right after 'struct dst_entry' to prepare
speedup lookups.

[DECnet]: Endian annotation and fixes for DECnet.
The typedef for dn_address has been removed in favour of using __le16
or __u16 directly as appropriate. All the DECnet header files are
updated accordingly.
The byte ordering of dn_eth2dn() and dn_dn2eth() are both changed
since just about all their callers wanted network order rather than
host order, so the conversion is now done in the functions themselves.
Several missed endianess conversions have been picked up during the
conversion process. The nh_gw field in struct dn_fib_info has been
changed from a 32 bit field to 16 bits as it ought to be.
One or two cases of using htons rather than dn_htons in the routing
code have been found and fixed.
There are still a few warnings to fix, but this patch deals with the
important cases.

[PATCH] gfp flags annotations - part 1
- added typedef unsigned int __nocast gfp_t;
- replaced __nocast uses for gfp flags with gfp_t - it gives exactly
the same warnings as far as sparse is concerned, doesn't change
generated code (from gcc point of view we replaced unsigned int with
typedef) and documents what's going on far better.

Linux-2.6.12-rc2
Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.
Let it rip!
