sh: Kill off unused sh64 debug code.
None of the print_page() code and associated helpers are presently used
by anything in-tree, so just kill it off.

sh: Kill off sh64's hand-rolled syscall tracer.
This is no longer necessary, as there are now sufficient generic
alternatives available.
