Everybody uses the generic pcibios_resource_to_bus() supplied by the core
now, so remove the ARCH_HAS_GENERIC_PCI_OFFSETS used during conversion.

Tell the PCI core about host bridge address translation so it can take
care of bus-to-resource conversion for us.

N.B. Leon apparently never uses initial BAR values, so it didn't matter
that we never fixed up the I/O resources from bus address to CPU addresses.

Other sparc uses pci_of_scan_bus(), which sets device resources directly
to CPU addresses, not bus addresses, so it didn't need pcibios_fixup_bus()
either. But by telling the core about the offsets, we can nuke
pcibios_resource_to_bus().

This patch converts SPARC's architecture-specific
'pcibios_set_master()' routine to a non-inlined function. This will
allow follow on patches to create a generic 'pcibios_set_master()'
function using the '__weak' attribute which can be used by all
architectures as a default which, if necessary, can then be over-
ridden by architecture-specific code.

Converting 'pci_bios_set_master()' to a non-inlined function will
allow SPARC's 'pcibios_set_master()' implementation to remain
architecture-specific after the generic version is introduced and
thus, not change current behavior.

No functional change.

All archs do more or less the same thing now, move it into
a single generic place.

I chose pci.h rather than of_pci.h to avoid having to change
all call-sites to include the later.

dma64_addr_t looks pointless (at least there is no point that an
architecture has the own dma64_addr_t typedef).

dma_addr_t is set to 32 or 64 bits appropriately. You can use u64
at places where you know that 64 bit address is always necessary.

Let's use u64 instead for sparc32.

Looks like PCI654_REQUIRED_MASK or PCI64_ADR_BASE isn't used. They can
be removed?

This converts SPARC to use asm-generic/pci-dma-compat instead
of the homegrown mechnism.

SPARC32 has two dma_map_ops structures for pci and sbus
(removing arch/sparc/kernel/dma.c, PCI and SBUS DMA accessor).
The global 'dma_ops' is set to sbus_dma_ops and get_dma_ops()
returns pci32_dma_ops for pci devices so we can use the
appropriate dma mapping operations.

The majority of this patch was created by the following script:

***
ASM=arch/sparc/include/asm
mkdir -p $ASM
git mv include/asm-sparc64/ftrace.h $ASM
git rm include/asm-sparc64/*
git mv include/asm-sparc/* $ASM
sed -ie 's/asm-sparc64/asm/g' $ASM/*
sed -ie 's/asm-sparc/asm/g' $ASM/*
***

The rest was an update of the top-level Makefile to use sparc
for header files when sparc64 is being build.
And a small fixlet to pick up the correct unistd.h from
sparc64 code.
