mmc: Add module.h to drivers/mmc users assuming implicit presence. We are cleaning up the implicit presence of module.h; these guys are some of the people who just assume it will be there. pcmcia: convert pcmcia_request_configuration to pcmcia_enable_device pcmcia_enable_device() now replaces pcmcia_request_configuration(). Instead of config_req_t, all necessary flags are either passed as a parameter to pcmcia_enable_device(), or (in rare circumstances) set in struct pcmcia_device -> flags. With the last remaining user of include/pcmcia/cs.h gone, remove all references. mmc: remove the "state" argument to mmc_suspend_host() Even though many mmc host drivers pass a pm_message_t argument to mmc_suspend_host() that argument isn't used the by MMC core. As host drivers are converted to dev_pm_ops they'll have to construct pm_message_t's (as they won't be passed by the PM subsystem any more) just to appease the mmc suspend interface. We might as well just delete the unused paramter.
