USB: EHCI: Don't use NO_IRQ in xilinx ehci driver
Drivers shouldn't use NO_IRQ. This driver is used
by Microblaze and PPC. PPC defines NO_IRQ as 0
and Microblaze has removed it.

treewide: Convert uses of struct resource to resource_size(ptr)
Several fixes as well where the +1 was missing.
Done via coccinelle scripts like:

USB: EHCI: Support controllers with big endian capability regs
The two first HC capability registers (CAPLENGTH and HCIVERSION)
are defined as one 8-bit and one 16-bit register. Most HC
implementations have selected to treat these registers as part
of a 32-bit register, giving the same layout for both big and
small endian systems.
This patch adds a new quirk, big_endian_capbase, to support
controllers with big endian register interfaces that treat
HCIVERSION and CAPLENGTH as individual registers.

dt/usb: Eliminate users of of_platform_{,un}register_driver
Get rid of users of of_platform_driver in drivers/usb. The
of_platform_{,un}register_driver functions are going away, so the
users need to be converted to using the platform_bus_type directly.

usb: Add in missing EHCI helpers.
Several of the EHCI glue drivers either predate or were merged in the
same timeframe as API changes at the USB core level, resulting in some
missing endpoint_reset and clear_tt_buffer_complete callbacks.
This fixes up all of ehci-atmel, mxc, w90x900, and xilinx-of to tie in
the new helpers, which brings them in line with everyone else.

of/device: Replace struct of_device with struct platform_device
of_device is just an alias for platform_device, so remove it entirely. Also
replace to_of_device() with to_platform_device() and update comment blocks.
This patch was initially generated from the following semantic patch, and then
edited by hand to pick up the bits that coccinelle didn't catch.

of: Remove duplicate fields from of_platform_driver
.name, .match_table and .owner are duplicated in both of_platform_driver
and device_driver. This patch is a removes the extra copies from struct
of_platform_driver and converts all users to the device_driver members.
This patch is a pretty mechanical change. The usage model doesn't change
and if any drivers have been missed, or if anything has been fixed up
incorrectly, then it will fail with a compile time error, and the fixup
will be trivial. This patch looks big and scary because it touches so
many files, but it should be pretty safe.

USB host: make Open Firmware device id constant

USB: Add support for Xilinx USB host controller
Add bus glue driver for Xilinx USB host controller. The controller can be
configured as HS only or HS/FS hybrid. The driver uses the device tree file
to configure the driver according to the setting in the hardware system.
This driver has been tested with usbtest using the NET2280 PCI card.
